明日１０月１０日（土）・明後日１１日（日）の二日間にわたり、第10回アジア地域科学セミナー  (THE TENTH 
ASIAN CONFERENCE IN REGIONAL SCIENCE)を開催いたします。Cisco Webexを使ってのオンラインでの開催となり、
会費は無料です。

初日の明日の夕方には、COVID-19 特別セッションを開催し、藤田昌久先生による招待講演の後、濱口伸明先生
の司会により4ヶ国のパネリストを加えた討論会を開催します。

　また、筑波大学と高大連携事業を共同で実施している竹園高校・茗渓学園の二つの高等学校の生徒達による発
表セッションもそれぞれ開催します。

Dear Colleagues,

Please forgive us for having to re-inform you.
We are pleased to announce that the Tenth Asian Conference in Regional Science 2020 will be held 
tomorrow, October 10 and the day after tomorrow, October 11.
The conference will be held online via Cisco Webex and there is no charge for this conference.

Tomorrow evening, the first day of the conference, there will be a special COVID-19 session, with an 
invited lecture by Dr. Masahisa Fujita followed by a debate with panelists from four countries, 
moderated by Dr. Nobuaki Hamaguchi.

Two high school students from Takezono High School and Myogaigakuen High School, both of which are 
collaborating with the University of Tsukuba in a high school-university joint project, will also 
have presentations at the conference.
